REPAIR PROCESS



Warranty repair



Transport from the Customer to the repair service can take up to 2 business days after the package is collected by the UPS courier. Typically, warranty repair is performed within 2–3 days of receipt of the device by the repair service. If it is necessary to wait for delivery of parts, this period can be longer. Please track the status at: OnePlus

After the repair is completed, the repair service will send an email containing the consignment note number to the Customer.

Paid repair



Transport from the Customer to the repair service can take up to 2 business days. Within 2 business days following receipt of the device for repair, the Customer should receive an email with a link to the cost estimate. After receiving the link:

  • open a link with quotation
  • confirm or reject a repair
  • check or change delivery and invoicing addresses
If you confirmed a repair please chose payment way ( you can pay with credit card - online or via bank transfer external transaction)

If the cost estimate is rejected, we will send the device back without repairing it.

If the cost estimate is accepted, after receiving payment on our account, we will send an email with payment confirmation and the estimated repair time. Please be patient — in the case of payments via bank transfer, information about the payment being recorded on our account may not be received immediately.

The repair takes typically approx. 3 business days after the payment is recorded. After its completion, we will send an email containing the consignment note number and send the device back to the Customer.
