How do we recruit?

The recruitment process at CTDI begins with thorough selection of sent applications. Next, we conduct preliminary interviews over the phone, hold recruitment meetings — with representatives of both the HR Department and departments for which the recruitment is taking place. Depending on the position, we also conduct manual, substantive and language tests in order to select the best candidates in the market and offer the highest-quality services to our Customers.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people with commitment and an enthusiastic attitude, open to gaining knowledge and experience. We cooperate with top experts in the field of modern technologies as well as Employees who want to obtain their first professional experience in our company. We run an internship programme for pupils and students of technical schools and cooperate with graduates.
