WHICH FAILURES ARE NOT COVERED BY THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY?
The Manufacturer’s warranty does not cover failures and damage not caused by the product’s defects.
Every Authorised Service Centre performs warranty repairs according to the procedures specified by the Manufacturer — in particular in accordance with warranty terms and conditions. These terms and conditions include special cases in which liability under the warranty is excluded. This concerns failures resulting from incorrect use of the device or an accident. A description of damage not covered by the warranty is provided on the warranty card enclosed to the device.

- moisture or liquid penetration,
- mechanical damage — i.e. damage to the device as a result of a fall, impact, etc.
- unauthorised intervention — including repairs performed during the warranty period by an unauthorised person or entity.
The warranty may also specify other cases for exclusion, such as use of accessories or software not developed by the Manufacturer (it also concerns different types of applications), use of the product contrary to the manual or without due care, product modification performed without the Manufacturer’s permission or regular wear and tear of parts.
Liability under the warranty can also be excluded if appropriate documents confirming the Customer’s warranty rights are not delivered.
