We are pleased to announce that Huawei has launched a new project - Huawei Truck - Mobile Service. Huawei's partner in project implementation is CTDI.

Huawei Truck – the Huawei mobile service went to the streets of Warsaw. It can reach any place in Warsaw and perform simple repairs of Huawei devices (smartphones, tablets, modems, etc.). After the hotline and door-to-door service it is another convenience, from which all Huawei customers will benefit.

Huawei mobile service has everything needed to complete simple repairs like screen, battery or cover replacement or software restoration. Huawei accessories will be also available in service truck and you will be able to make a data backup or software upgrade here. Mobile Service can be ordered on weekdays from 10:00 to 3:30 PM. via Huawei infoline (free of charge) 800 811 110.
As the Huawei Truck is an extra service – to call the truck you have to pay 99 PLN.  In the case of in-warranty repairs this is the total cost -  the customer will not incur any additional costs. In case of out of warranty repairs client will pay also for the spare parts and repair service.
