Repair service of electronic devices

We specialise in handling large-volume repairs with a guarantee of speed and high quality of our services. We also offer additional services in support of repair services, such as:

  • end Customer service — managing the process of contact with the Customer using solutions such as hotline, solutions available on the website — including the “check repair status” tab,
  • repair point network management — certification of repair points, quality audits, technical collaboration in the case of non-standard repairs,
  • testing and diagnostics of new products entering the market as well as making minor repairs and improvements of already implemented products (e.g. installation of the first software in a given batch of products).

VIP Service — special services for Key Accounts

For the Key Accounts of our Partners, we offer VIP Service, which ensures:

  • individual contact with the end Customer,
  • priority repair services of the highest quality,
  • flexible, individual approach.

Repair Avoidance — optimisation of the repair process and costs

In the process of optimising the repair costs, an important role is played by the tools which make the diagnostics process more efficient and allow end Customers to diagnose hardware independently or even perform certain simple software updates. CTDI proposes two solutions which improve the repair service process in this regard:

  • SmartChk — a unique tool for diagnosing key functionalities of mobile devices. It can be used to run 30 comprehensive tests which check the key functions and parameters of mobile devices. It allows for quick diagnosis of whether the telephone/tablet is functional and can be used on devices operating on both iOS and Android platforms.
  • Troubleshooter — a tool allowing end users to independently diagnose the device and decide whether the issue can be resolved internally or whether the hardware should be handed over for repair.

Hardware return management in corporations

Adequate management of electronic devices is key to optimising expenditure and ensuring data security. CTDI provides companies with comprehensive cooperation, involving management of electronic devices which become available for redistribution in connection with staff fluctuation. We assist with:

  • testing returned hardware,
  • its renewal, repair (if needed) and preparation for further use
  • effective deletion of all data.

Hardware return management for retailers, online dealers and operators

The development of the consumer law — among others, within the scope of withdrawal from an agreement concluded remotely or using the terms and conditions of a warranty — is accompanied by growing significance of appropriate management of hardware returns. When a Customer who purchased new hardware decides to withdraw from the agreement, the dealer or the manufacturer incurs specific loss as a result.
CTDI’s objective is to help our Partners maximise the value associated with resale of returned hardware.
Our services make it possible to reduce expenditure on new equipment and provide protection against loss of personal and corporate data.
